Outstanding Reporting Tool
The plugin is an indispensable part of our operation. We initially started using it monthly to export detailed data needed to file our excise and sales taxes for each state. We now also use it to create pick lists, order summaries, sales trends by SKU, inventory usage, and for the occasional deep dive. Most of our report run automatically and are e-mailed out. One of the reports also prints automatically. The tool has been awesome and is relatively low cost. Customer service on the couple occasions we needed it has also been exceptionally good.
